Fait accomplit, baby! As has been apparent for awhile now, things are looking pretty damn good for developer Bruce Ratner's plan to remake Brooklyn's skyline. Now, following his $50 million bid increase for the Atlantic Yards site, MTA officials are set to approve the deal as soon as next Wednesday, the Daily News reports.
