Avery Party Report: Good Wine, Fresh Seal

So did Seal make booties bounce along the Hudson at the shindig for Extell's Avery (rendered at right), as promised? A tipster hit the party tent and filed this report:

The extravaganza kicking off the Avery was fantastic! Great food,wine and an awesome Seal concert. These folks must clearly be worried as they are advertising that closing fees will be partially picked up by the developer. Thanks for the concert and free food guys! Too bad a free dinner isn't a deciding factor when buying real estate. Building appeared average too from the flashing images.

Wait a minute. Is this person suggesting that the insane amount of money poured into these lavish parties—parties featuring high-priced, top-level (sorta) entertainment—might not mean a lick when it comes to buyers actually plunking down their deposits? Dude, don't ruin it for everybody. There's free drinks to be had!

Trump buyers beware: No pool, minimal gym and the Corcoran brokers marketing the units aren't making prospectuses available to potential buyers. I wonder what else is missing?

Has their offering plan been approved by the AG's office? If not, then they can't legally give out an offering plan to anyone interested.

Hey, "Avery" is for the birds. No Pool? Whats with that. I guess you could either crash the Trump Place pool or swim the Hudson River.

Construction has begun at 20 Pine. We are about to see a contender in the luxury market. Gee... everyone is excited about Shvo's trophy. I heard crowds are already lining up with ca$h in their hands chanting.... A - R - M - A - N - I! Oy.. Shvozzzz!

And by the way... it has a 60ft lap pool at the vault and another on the 25th floor open terrace (reflecting pool).

I agree. The Trump World Tower is the absolute super luxe condo in the island of Manhattan. Known to be the 4th tallest condo in the world. It's about time these "wanna-be's" bow to its majesty. AOL Time Warner only comes in second. Only reserved for those who can afford. Viva TWT... Viva Trump!
