Still on the Market: Blue Moon Hotel

Tuesday, March 14, 2006, by Joshua

2006_03_bluemoon.jpgMore development goodies from the Lower East Side commercial market, where the Blue Moon Hotel -- long-delayed, once on the market, now open and ugly (see right) -- is still on the market. Still $20 million. The listing remains unfazed by current developments inside: "This is prime opportunity for a hotel user, they can also use it for selling time-shares, or turn it into a condo hotel. The property would also make a great bed and breakfast opportunity." [Emphasis ours. -ed]
· Listing: Orchard Street [NYT/Kevin B. Brown]
