2006_05_BRICKWALL.bmpGreat photos can really make an apartment listing stand out. Then there's this listing, where the only photo included (shown at right) leaves a little something to the imagination:

DUPLEX with PARTY PATIO - fabulous two bedroom, PERFECT FOR SHARES! The apartment is splashed with brick exposure, absolutely full of PIZAZZ! The private patio is right in time for summer sunbathing and parties... unreal!
Sometimes less is more...this is not one of those times.

Suspicious that it's the only picture, but I know someone on Stanton who has an apartment with one whole wall in all rooms that looks like that, and he made it look *really* good.

I think "brick exposure" means it looks out on a brick wall. That photo is probably a picture of the view.
