Curbed California: So Hot

Monday, June 5, 2006, by Joshua

2006-05-realtors.jpg1) Los Angeles: Pressing question of the week: Are SoCal brokers hotter than New York brokers? Curbed LA cuts to the meat of the issue this week with its first Broker Boys & Babes contest. Ah, memories. [Curbed LA]
2) San Francisco: The locals have starchitect fever. Renzo Piano has signed on to design a new tower at First & Mission, diagonally across from the Transbay terminal site. [Curbed SF]

I think if you prefer the bleached blonde, tan leather skin and white teeth, then LA is for you.

Brokers scare me anyway. I run away with my tail between my legs when I see them.

A contest of beauty vs the brains broker addition? I love the supercalificality of it all!

Yeah, LA is much better because there are no people in NY with blonde hair, tan leather skin and white teeth. We don't profile people here either.

That girl is pretty cute. What about the power/press brokers of NYC: Shvo, Sukenik and his partner Hanoch?

Why stop here Curbed? Follow your topic through to the logical conclusion. Who's got the biggest tits? Longest dicks? These are what make people hot when it really comes down to it. Why not just promote a blow job contest and lets see who sucks the best dick. That is what would make a woman or man realy, really, how after all.

Sounds like #6 is pretty ugly.

#6 is about as bitter as Svetlana!

Do we really need this comparison? We all know that our City is better than all of southern california in every category.

If we do go with what #6 is suggesting, I'd like to volunteer my cock for the blow job contest...ladies only.

This does strike at notions the RE industry has fought long against. Women in the business are encourage to "Barbie Doll" it up and the profession suffers from the well earned reputation of not requiring any formal education or apprentice period. Noephytes without a HS Diploma do enter the field and with the right peroxide and implants do well.

I don't see a Legal or Accounting or Medical or [fill in the blank profession] relishing in the same superficial sillyness.

If you are a female agent or broker and you feel you were viewed through a sexual lens in the office or the next time you show a property,.....remember, it was thigns like this topic that perpetuate how you were viewed.

Must be an extremely slow day in L.A. if this is the proposed topic of discussion.
New Yorkers are far too busy admiring and contemplating our supreme landscape to respond to such ridiculousness.

Now, about Gehry's Beekman St. tower...

I personally prefer my real estate "professionals" to look totally tranny, complete with a mouth synthetically engorged to resemble vagina lips. Kinda like this:
