Soho Mews: It's My Seed in a Bag

In case you couldn't tell from the animated shrubbery on its web presence or the promise of "garden architecture," the much-hyped Soho Mews development at 311 West Broadway is all about the green, baby. If you recall, some old plans we dug up show a private yard linking up two buildings. The nature-loving message is being banged home with the mailing of a garden-in-a-bag to a select few, including blog Condo Domain, where the above pic comes from. We're probably hoping for too much if we expect the plants to grow up looking like shiny Gwathmey heads, right?

What's really whacky is just as I started reading about this one of the office staff walked up to me and said, "a package came for you."

Who was it from? SoHo Mews! I opened it up and found that they want me to grow some Dill. Don't they know brokers like Mojitos? Should have been Mint!

Finally picked up by Curbed. Yeeha! Gave up over a year ago...but someone found our post on Soho Mews and the 'suspicious' package we received yesterday. Who's got more details on this property? More to come ...

PS: Was just in NY last week and got a sneak peak at 25 Bond in SOHO/NOHO - That is a project to look for, to hard to describe with words...and I think only 1 unit remains.

Mr. Condo Blog,

It is impossible for a building to be in Soho and Noho at the same time. Do you even realize what these abbreviations mean? You're a jackass.

Love,

NYC

If you understood the property and what I wrote (maybe you should read again) then maybe you would realize the point being made.
