Was it a year ago that we last checked in on the rooftop cabanas and terraces at the Mill building? Indeed it was. Back then, the cabanas were just shells of their current selves and the roof wasn't ready for prime time. Times have changed. A special Williamsburg correspondent fills us in on the latest, though, complete with the vistas from up there. Of the shot above, our correspondent writes: "Looks like someone's been enjoying the view." Indeed.

Here's the site for the former Old Dutch Mustard Building on Metropolitan Avenue where 80 Metropolitan is set to start rising above street level soon.

Ah, Billyburg in fall. The building site with the piles of dirt covered by tarp is the big Quadriad parcel where construction has started.
