SHoP Architect's wavy addition to the corner of Mulberry and Houston Streets is the most exciting thing to come to Nolita since Cafe Habana's roasted corn. After a long period of inactivity, activity at the site is heating up, and with the construction now visible from the street (and in this aerial photo, obvs), it's time to sell these puppies. The development has popped up on the Core Group website. No listings as of yet, but rest assured that these eight full-floor apartments "and one spectacular penthouse" will certainly breaketh the bank. WANT.
