Been awhile since we checked in on Ludlow Lofts, the new development at 75 Ludlow Street (just south of Broome) that touts heated sidewalks among its many amenities. New to market is this here unit 3B. It's a floor-through three-bedroom (though that third bedroom redefines "cozy"), with an undulating kitchen layout in the middle that we're kind of digging. Asking price $1.44 million in a building that's already seen some PriceChop action. Think that's already been priced in here? Vote after the jump.
