"The 'Williamsburg quadrangle of death' as I call it, from the river, east to the BQE, north to McCarren Park and south to the Williamsburg Bridge. An area containing more 30-40 new developments at various stages of completion. I wonder how many will go bankrupt and never be completed or end up inhabited by squatters?" [Will Edge & Northside Piers be Foes or Frenemies?]
