The Skinny: Yesterday's legendary That's Rather Hideous (final assessment: hideous!) got us in the mood to look for something a little more modern along Central Park South. We think we've found it with this duplex, which features a double-height living room and direct views of the park. Yesterday's CPSer, though considerably larger, was going for $25 million. How about this one?
