The Toll Brothers Northside Piers development in Williamsburg has had a milestone moment today. A tipster emailed to note that the 29-story building had been granted a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy today, writing "BURG HERE WE COME." About 70 percent of the units in the building have sold.
