It's what the interviewer keeps describing as the "press junket" for Brooklyn Fashion Weekend, aka a press reception in the Toll Brothers sales trailer on the Northside Piers property. The tipster who brought the vid to our attention wrote:
Talk about "high impact" PR: Lizzie Grubman Inc is the PR firm responsible for the BK Fashion Weekend held just this past weekend. Apparently Toll Brothers is a big sponsor of the event and thus a very awkward and low-rent video is produced to hawk Northside Piers. The expression and body language of that Lizzie Grubman Inc. representative talking about Brooklyn is priceless."It's definitely something that we're passionate about," says the person from Grubman's PR firm. "It's something that's underground a little bit. It's not mainstream...It's a little bit different than the tents over in Manhattan." To which the interviewer says, "A little bit of an edge over here in Brooklyn." Well, yes, but that would be next door.
