Balazsification of New York

HotelChatter thinks that the 14th Street site we pointed out as a future André Balazs hotel is actually the spot for his private club. They think the hotel will be at 345 West 14th Street, the site of a stalled (?) new condo building. Basically, André Balazs has something to do with every building on 14th Street west of Seventh Avenue. [HC; previously]
