Behold The Rialto, a 30-unit building from Gene Kaufman that recently acquired it name, though not a full marketing campaign yet. The building's official address is 150 N. 5 Street, although it fronts on both N. 4 and N. 5. It's a few doors off of Bedford Avenue and its almost next door neighbor is Karl Fischer's (also newly named) Nforth. Sales at the Rialto are supposed to kick off in April or May with prices for the smallest units starting around $600,000.
