The judge who issued a temporary restraining order blocking renovation work on the north end of Union Square will decide today whether to allow the lawsuit to continue. For those who need a refresher, the plaintiffs—a coalition of local organizations—are upset that a new restaurant will be built into the park's pavilion, instead of it being used for park space.
