"The housing market has crashed. I certainly hope that all buyers take joy and pride in their home ownership because there won't be much to be happy about financially for a few years. The rental market is subject to completely different pressures than the purchase market. I agree it's not a safe haven. Everybody will feel some measure of pain. Havoc! He cried."
