Construction Watch: Cladding Tribeca's Big Truffle

The North Tribeca mystery building—also known as the Jack Parker site and Truffles Tribeca—is finally getting its skin. Or at least that's what we can infer from these photos sent in by a well-placed Curbed spy. When it's done, the luxury rental development (we think?) will have 300 apartments (maybe?) spread out over two connected buildings (educated guess). It will open for business in the fall (allegedly), look totally awesome (unconfirmed) and make Tribeca residents forget all about that nasty rezoning battle over the West Side Highway-straddling site (nonfact).
