2008_04_WilletsPointCrop.jpgWillets Point, where the city wants to do a big, controversial $3 billion development, is actually full of businesses like the House of Spices. Twelve of them are currently suing the city for failing to provide basic services like, you know, sewers. The city say it can only put in sewers if the businesses are removed first "creating an unfortunate but intractable chicken-and-egg situation." [NYT; previously]
