2008_5_soco.jpgCollege kids probably don't need any more of a nudge to ditch class and pick up the bottle, but Halstead broker Edward Herson wants to rebrand a chunk of their neighborhood with a big wink to the firewater. So, will "south of Columbia" catch on as SOCO? We give it about as much a chance as SOHA had in South Harlem. [Listing: SO-CO...SO HOT]
