Bloods or Crips?

Are property values better off if one's neighborhood is Crips turf or Bloods territory? Prospect Heights apparently belong to the Crips. "According to the Crips gang members I taught in Crown Heights a couple of years ago, yes it is true," one teacher writes. Another concurs: "Absolutely." [Daily Heights/Brooklynian]
