No Go @ Novo

It doesn't look like moving trucks will be rolling up to the Novo Park Slope on Fourth Avenue any time soon. The epic construction job continues to drag on, there is no Certificate of Occupancy and there's slow progress on a park the city wants developer Shaya Boymelgreen to finish rebuilding. The buyers, meanwhile, are very, very sad (or enraged), per a perusal of postings on the building's Yahoo Group. September could be the magic month. Or not. [Brownstoner]
