Inside Harlem's Circus House

2009_6_bailey.jpgIt's strange to think of Grey Gardens being used in a sales pitch, but Harlem's Bailey House—the neglected stone mansion built by the Bailey of Barnum & Bailey fame—certainly fits the bill as "Manhattan's Grey Gardens." The price on the 8,250-square-foot landmark at 10 St. Nicholas Place has come all the way down to $3.5 million, and the best part of New York's walk-through video clip is the usually reserved JhoRo going bonkers over the bathtubs and wallpaper and other original details.
