LOWER EAST SIDE—We've always been intrigued by The Lee, because renderings of the 12-story building at East Houston and Pitt Streets look pretty much like any other new LES rental project. But the 263 units will one day be occupied by those in need, including low-income residents and young adults transitioning out of foster care. Our roving photog Will Femia snapped some new shots of the coming-along building. [CurbedWire Staff]

CHELSEA/MEPA—Dilemma: You know the High Line is awesome, but the uncultured swine you left behind back in Anywheresville don't know their Ipe wood from their morning wood. Solution: The Target High Line Street Festival, which we just learned is coming to Gansevoort Street on Sunday, July 12. Here's how you'll be able to rub it in: "An exciting array of hands-on activities including a special Target 'Hi from the High Line!' photo experience, along with the World’s Largest Lemonade Stand..." Sweet, thanks Target! [CurbedWire Inbox]
