But first Heath Ledger tragically bailed for Soho and now a Brooklyn postercouple appears to be leaving for a stereotypical celebrity 'hood as well. The $6,995,000 penthouse at 288 West Street that recently sold was scooped up by Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly, according to Curbed sources. The 4,000-square-foot Tribeca loft has a drop-dead-gorgeous private roof deck, and while leaving Park Slope must have been a tough decision, the recent $995,000 pricechop on this apartment probably made it a bit easier. Are Sarsgaard and Gyllenhaal next?!
